At 216 PM MST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain has ended across the warned area. However, earlier heavy rain of 2.25 to 3.25 inches south of downtown Prescott is expected to cause flash flooding in and around Granite Creek and its tributaries south of downtown Prescott.
