* At 1201 AM CDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated slow moving thunderstorms with rain rates of 1 to 2 inches per hour. Up to 2.5 inches of rain have fallen so far near Earlville. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.
