* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...Northwestern Nemaha County in northeastern Kansas...
* WHEN...Until 900 PM CDT Wednesday.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. River or stream flows are elevated.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 105 PM CDT, emergency management reported the Nemaha River was out of its banks at Highway 71 near Bern. Minor flooding is ongoing in the advisory area. Between 1.5 and 3.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Sabetha, Seneca, Centralia, Bern, Oneida and Baileyville.
