The National Weather Service in Austin/San Antonio has issued a

* Flash Flood Warning for... Northwestern Bandera County in south central Texas... West Central Kerr County in south central Texas... Eastern Real County in south central Texas...

* Until 345 AM CDT.

* At 1046 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Up to 2 inches of rain have fallen over a region that has seen 7 to 13 inches of rain in the past 48 to 72 hours. Additional rainfall amounts of 2 to 3 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.

HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing flash flooding.

IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses.
