* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...As Tropical Storm Champi (29W) continues to organize and strengthen, southwest winds of 10 to 20 knots look to increase into the 15 to 25 knot range by Saturday. Frequent gusts to 30 kt will be possible anytime from late Friday afternoon through Sunday as well. Inter-island travel is strongly discouraged during this time..
