Flood Advisory

* WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of south central Texas, including the following counties, Bexar, Comal, Guadalupe and Wilson.

* WHEN...Until 245 AM CDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Some low-water crossings may become impassable. River or stream flows are elevated.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 950 PM CDT, Heavy rain due to ongoing and previous thunderstorms. This is causing urban and small stream flooding. - Flooding may occur along and near Cibolo Creek. Numerous low water crosses are still flooded. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... San Antonio, Schertz, Cibolo, Converse, Universal City, Live Oak, Selma, San Antonio Int Airport, Stinson Municipal Airport, Randolph AFB, Leon Valley, Helotes, Fair Oaks Ranch, Kirby, Alamo Heights, Windcrest, Terrell Hills, Bulverde, Garden Ridge and Shavano Park. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
