* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Licking River in Ohio near Newark.

* WHEN...Until Friday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...At 15.0 feet, Water is nearly one foot deep on Sleepy Hollow Road, portions of Nathaniel Avenue and Southeast Summit Road. Additionally, water encroaches areas near Canterbury Trails Mobile Home community near Licking View Drive and Forry Street.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 5:00 PM EDT Thursday the stage was 13.6 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage this evening to a crest of 15.2 feet just after midnight tonight. It will then fall below flood stage tomorrow morning. - Flood stage is 14.0 feet.
