South Fork Licking River near Hebron.

* WHAT...Moderate flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...South Fork Licking River near Hebron.

* WHEN...Until Saturday morning.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, Backwater creek flooding surrounds several homes in Greenbriar Estates Mobile Home Park, with water threatening the main level of a few homes closest to the creek. Flooding along Mill Dam Road may be several feet deep in some areas between Route 40 and Interstate 70. Water on Ridgely Tract Road may be several feet deep, with water flooding some homes in this area.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 5:15 PM EDT Thursday the stage was 10.9 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage this evening to a crest of 12.6 feet tomorrow morning. It will then fall below flood stage early Saturday morning. - Flood stage is 11.0 feet.
