At 1249 AM CDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated that heavy rainfall had moved out of the area. Up to 3 inches of rainfall occurred due to earlier thunderstorms near Earlville and Ottawa. Some streams will likely continue to rise over the next few hours, and standing water may be slow to recede in some areas.
