* IMPACTS...Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Roads and streets may be flooded.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1105 AM CDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated thunderstorms with rainfall rates of 1 to 2 inches per hour moving through the area.
