* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Lake IN County in northwestern Indiana...

* WHEN...Until 200 PM CDT.

* IMPACTS...Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Roads and streets may be flooded.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1103 AM CDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated a line of intense thunderstorms with rainfall rates of 2 to 3 inches per hour moving into the area. Localized flooding of roadways and poor drainage areas will occur shortly after the onset of rainfall. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
