* WHEN...Until Friday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...At 20 feet, This is just above the FEMA 1 percent flood. Flooding occurs along the West Fork of the Whitewater in Fayette and northern Franklin Counties, including in Alpine, Nulltown and Laurel. In Connersville, flooding continues for homes between Dora Avenue and the river on the east side of Connersville, as well as along Grand Avenue in the south side of Connersville. Structures impacted in Laurel are mainly along and west of West South Street.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 10:00 AM EDT Thursday the stage was 20.5 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage tomorrow morning and continue falling, remaining below flood stage. - Flood stage is 14.0 feet. - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of 20.9 feet on 01/06/2005.
