* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Whitewater River at Brookville.

* WHEN...From this afternoon to late tonight.

* IMPACTS...At 20.0 feet, Flooding approaches structures in areas of Cedar Grove and New Trenton, as well as West Harrison, Indiana and Harrison, Ohio, with some lowland roads affected near the river. Particularly affected are low areas from Stavetown, Indiana to Harrison, Ohio. Some secondary roads become flooded, and residents near the river may need to move to higher ground in these areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:45 AM EDT Thursday the stage was 16.6 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late this afternoon to a crest of 20.4 feet this evening. It will then fall below flood stage late this evening. - Flood stage is 20.0 feet.
