At 859 PM CDT, emergency management reported roads under water around Granville, including areas near the junction of Division Street and Hennepin Street, and along 1250th Avenue north of Granville. Between 3 and 4 inches of rain have fallen. Flash flooding is already occurring.
HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.
SOURCE...Emergency management reported.
IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor drainage and low-lying areas.
Some locations that will experience flash flooding include... Hennepin, Spring Valley, DePue, Granville, McNabb, Mark, Magnolia, Standard and Florid.
This includes the following State Parks... Donnelley DePue State Fish and Wildlife Area.
