HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph. Water spout possible, with landfall possible.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects.
Locations impacted include... Montecito... Carpinteria... Summerland... and Old Man Mountain.
