Flash Flood Warning

At 616 PM CDT, the public reported flash flooding on multiple streets in Midland, including Wadley Street and North Midland Drive. Between 0.5 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen.

HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

SOURCE...Public reported.

IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor drainage and low-lying areas.

Some locations that will experience flash flooding include... Midland, Odessa, Greenwood, Midland International Air and Space Port, West Odessa, Warfield, Skywest Airport, Odessa Schlemeyer Field, Cotton Flat, Pleasant Farms and Penwell.
