* WHEN...Until 530 PM HST.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding on roads, poor drainage areas, and in streams.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 217 PM HST, Doppler radar indicated moderate to heavy rain over Kauai. Rain was falling at a rate of 0.5 to 1 inch per hour. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Lihue, Kapaa, Kalaheo, Kekaha, Lawai, Hanapepe, Omao, North Fork Wailua Trails, Koloa, Waimea, Poipu and Kokee State Park.
