* WHAT...Arroyo and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Central Dona Ana County in New Mexico, between Hatch and Radium Springs.

* WHEN...Until 600 PM MDT.

* IMPACTS...Low water crossings along State Highway 185 will likely flow, leaving debris as water recedes. Major inundations are not expected, unless additional thunderstorms move into the area.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 358 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Between 0.5 and 1 inch of rain has fallen. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Highway 185 between Hatch and Radium Springs. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
