* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.

* WHERE...The island of Maui in Maui County...

* WHEN...Until 200 AM HST.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding on roads, poor drainage areas, and in streams.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1222 AM HST, Doppler radar indicated moderate to locally heavy rain starting to move over Maui from the south. Rain was falling at a rate of 1 to 3 inches per hour on the southeast slopes of Haleakala and may spread to additional areas on Maui over the next hour. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Kahului, Kihei, Lahaina, Kula, Pukalani, Makawao, Haliimaile, Keokea, Paia, Puunene, Haiku-Pauwela and Pauwela.
