* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 346 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. Between 2 and 5 inches of rain have fallen. - This includes the following low water crossings... Panther Creek at Highway B, Finley River at Highway Z, Panther Creek at North Iron Mountain Road, James River at Bell Ford Road, Pomme De Terre River at Greenwood Road, Baker Creek at Baker Creek Road and Finley River at Harmony Road. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
