Flood Warning

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Eastern Sierra County in south central New Mexico...

* WHEN...Until 800 PM MDT.

* IMPACTS...Arroyos and washes continue to rise due to excess runoff from earlier rainfall. Low-water crossings are inundated with water and may not be passable. Expect many areas of slow moving or standing water.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 359 PM MDT, A broad area of moderate to locally heavy rainfall continues to lift across the region. Expect flooding to continue into the evening hours. Urban flooding in poor drainage areas, and widespread flooding of low lying areas in the Jornada del Muerto can be expected. - This replaces the Flash Flood Warning that was set to expire at 4 PM. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
