* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Gila County in east central Arizona... Navajo County in north central Arizona... Apache County in northeastern Arizona...

* WHEN...Until 1045 AM MST /1145 AM MDT/ Tonight.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of creeks and normally dry washes is occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1041 PM MST /1141 PM MDT/, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain during the day Tuesday produced a wide area of 2 to 3 inches of rain. Flooding is ongoing in the warned area. - This includes creeks, washes and rivers across the area extending from Chambers and Petrified National Park southward to near Springerville, Show Low and Carrizo/Cibecue.

- Some areas that could experience continued floodinginclude... Show Low, Springerville, Eagar, Pinetop-Lakeside, Taylor, St. Johns, Concho, Concho Lake, Mesa Redonda, Vernon, Cerro Montoso Peak, Rainbow Forest Lodge, Lyman Lake State Park, Shumway, Pintail Lake, Porter Mountain Outlook and Telephone Lake. - This includes the following highways... State Route 260 between mile markers 330 and 357...and between mile markers 390 and 393. Highway 60 between mile markers 299 and 386. State Route 73 between mile markers 311 and 328...and between mile markers 355 and 357. Highway 191 161 between mile markers 316 and 368. State Route 61 between mile markers 353 and 424. State Route 277 between mile markers 335 and 336. State Route 77 between mile markers 343 and 368...and between mile markers 371 and 375. Highway 191 between mile markers 374 and 375. Highway 180 191 between mile markers 371 and 394. Highway 180 between mile markers 309 and 368.
