* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 226 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated the heaviest rainfall was ending. Automated rain gauges indicate that up to 3.5 inches of rain has fallen over the last 3 to 4 hours. Minor flooding is likely ongoing across parts of the advisory area, particularly from Fairbury to Watseka and points southward. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are expected over the area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
