* WHEN...Until 415 AM CDT.

* IMPACTS...Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Roads and streets may be flooded.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 226 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated the heaviest rainfall was ending. Automated rain gauges indicate that up to 3.5 inches of rain has fallen over the last 3 to 4 hours. Minor flooding is likely ongoing across parts of the advisory area, particularly from Fairbury to Watseka and points southward. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are expected over the area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Watseka, Fairbury, Gilman, Clifton, Milford, Chatsworth, Onarga, Forrest, Sheldon, Chebanse, Piper City, Ashkum, Cullom, Saunemin, Martinton, Crescent City, Danforth, Beaverville and Woodland. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
