* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 417 AM EDT, Flooding continues as several creeks and rivers remain well out of their banks due to runoff from heavy rain earlier tonight. - This includes the following streams and drainages... Big Indian Creek, Beaver Creek, Beaverdam Creek, Anglin Branch, Archies Creek and Ararat River. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
