* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 426 AM EDT, flooding continues as several creeks and rivers remain well out of their banks due to runoff from heavy rain earlier tonight. - This includes the following streams and drainages... Beaver Creek, Big Creek, Big Beaver Island Creek, Baker Branch, Archies Creek and Ararat River. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
