* WHAT...Minor to moderate coastal flooding.

* WHERE...Catalina and Santa Barbara Islands.

* WHEN...Until 2 PM PDT Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Moderate flooding of sea water is likely over some vulnerable low-lying coastal areas, especially around the time of high tide, including over beach parking lots, bike paths, and harbor walkways. Moderate beach erosion is likely. Isolated damage is unlikely but possible across the most vulnerable locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...High tides of around 7.5 feet are expected Monday and Tuesday mornings. Large secondary high tides are also expected each evening.
