* WHAT...Southwest winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 40 mph.
* WHERE...Tinian and Saipan.
* WHEN...Until 10 PM ChST this evening.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...As Typhoon Choi-wan (26W) moves north-northeast and away from the islands, strong winds will continue within the surging monsoon flow behind the storm.
