* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.

* WHERE...Saipan and Tinian.

* WHEN...From this evening through late Sunday night.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Heavy rainfall associated with Tropical Storm 26W will impact Saipan and Tinian late this evening through Sunday night. Additionally, a monsoon surge south of TS 26W will keep wet conditions across Saipan and Tinian into next week.
