* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and will continue.
* WHERE...Iowa River at Wapello.
* WHEN...Until Saturday evening.
* IMPACTS...At 25.0 feet, Widespread flooding of agricultural land. Numerous secondary roads are under water.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:00 AM CDT Wednesday the stage was 23.8 feet. - Forecast...The river is cresting and will then fall below flood stage Saturday afternoon. - Flood stage is 21.0 feet.
Instructions
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles.
