Flood Advisory

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of south central Texas, including the following counties, Bandera, Kerr and Real.

* WHEN...Until 800 AM CDT.

* IMPACTS...Dangerous flows over low-water crossings. River or stream flows are elevated.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 336 AM CDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges reported between 3 and 15 inches of rain have fallen over the past 48 to 72 hours. There will be residual areas of flooding of roadways and poorly drained areas. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
