* WHAT...Arroyo and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Central Dona Ana County in south central New Mexico...

* WHEN...Until 830 PM MDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Rises in small streams and normally dry arroyos. Water over roadways.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 707 PM MDT, Thunderstorms with torrential rainfall rates are quickly moving north of Las Cruces. With the torrential rainfall rates, minor road flooding will occur. Arroyos may result in minor flooding at low water crossings on roads north of US-70. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
