* WHERE...Plummer, La Crosse, Wilbur, Davenport, Potlatch, Ephrata, Colfax, Coulee City, Harrington, Moses Lake, Pullman, Genesee, Creston, Oakesdale, Pomeroy, Quincy, Uniontown, Clarkston, Rockford, Rosalia, Fairfield, Odessa, Downtown Spokane, Cheney, Spokane Valley, Tekoa, Alpowa Summit, Ritzville, Moscow, Airway Heights, Grand Coulee, and Othello.

* WHEN...From 10 AM this morning to 11 PM PDT this evening.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. Patchy blowing dust may also result in sudden changes to visibility resulting in hazardous travel conditions.
