IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor drainage and low-lying areas.
* Some locations that will experience flash flooding include... Bloomington, Normal, Downs and Central Illinois Regional Airport.
This includes the following highways... Interstate 39 between mile markers 0 and 1. Interstate 74 between mile markers 125 and 140. Interstate 55 between mile markers 155 and 166.
