* At 736 AM CDT, gauge reports indicated between 4 and 6.5 inches of rain have fallen overnight. Flash flooding is already occurring.
HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor drainage and low-lying areas.
* Some locations that will experience flash flooding include... Bloomington, Normal, Downs and Central Illinois Regional Airport.
This includes the following highways... Interstate 39 between mile markers 0 and 1. Interstate 74 between mile markers 125 and 140. Interstate 55 between mile markers 155 and 166.
