* WHERE...Walnut River at Arkansas City.

* WHEN...Until early Monday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...At 23.0 feet, Two C street Canal gates are closed at the Highway 77 at Walnut River Levee.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:15 PM CDT Saturday the stage was 21.5 feet and slowly rising. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 21.7 feet just after midnight tonight. It will then fall below flood stage early Monday morning. - Flood stage is 18.0 feet.
