* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Kroto Creek and Moose Creek near Oilwell Road.

* WHEN...Until 1015 AM AKDT Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Dangerous flows over low-water crossings. Water over roadways.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1002 PM AKDT, river gauge report for Moose Creek at Oilwell Road indicate rises in water levels from heavy rain across the advisory area. Minor flooding is expected, especially near Kroto Creek and Moose Creek. For Moose Creek at Oilwell Road: At 10am the stage was 16.55 feet. Minor flood stage is 16.5 feet. At 16.85 feet water begins to flow over Oilwell Road.
