* Until 800 AM EDT.

* At 218 AM EDT, the public reported flash flooding in Kelleys Island. Between 7 and 12 inches of rain have fallen since late Sunday evening. Additional rainfall amounts of 3 to 6 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.

HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing flash flooding.
