* WHERE...A portion of east central New York, including the following counties, Albany and Schenectady.

* WHEN...Until 1015 AM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. It will take several hours for all the water from these storms to work through local drainage systems in urban areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 555 AM EDT, Law enforcement reports roads closed due to flooding from yesterday's heavy rainfall. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.2 inches are possible in the warned area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
