* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.

* WHERE...Portions of east central and eastern New York, including the following counties, in east central New York, Rensselaer, Saratoga and Schenectady. In eastern New York, Fulton and Montgomery.

* WHEN...Until 1015 AM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. It will take several hours for all the water from these storms to work through local drainage systems in urban areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 552 AM EDT, Local law enforcement reported roads closed within the warned area due to flooding from yesterday's heavy rainfall. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.2 inches are possible in the warned area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
