At 226 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along a line extending from 7 miles southwest of Spencer to 7 miles northeast of Winfield. Movement was southeast at 40 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects.
Locations impacted include... Sissonville, Kenna, Amma, Statts Mills, Harmony, Kentuck, Liberty, Walton, Left Hand, Looneyville, Fairplain, Gay, and Gandeeville.
This includes the following highways... Interstate 79 between mile markers 17 and 27. Interstate 77 in West Virginia between mile markers 115 and 133.
