* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Southern Kimble County in west central Texas...

* WHEN...Until 430 AM CDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 129 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 0.25 and 0.75 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Junction, South Llano River State Park, Segovia, Telegraph, Roosevelt, Us-83 Near The Kerr-Kimble County Line, Us-377 Near The Kimble-Edwards County Line, The Intersection Of I-10 And Us 290 and I-10 Near The Kimble-Kerr County Line. - This includes Interstate 10 between Mile Markers 436 and 477.
