At 527 PM MDT, Trained weather spotters reported flash flooding 10 miles west of Westplains, with a significant amount of water running across Highway 71. Between 1.5 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. Flash flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected.
