* IMPACTS...At 14.5 feet, Water affects low lying areas in Oquawka.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 11:30 AM CDT Monday the stage was 11.5 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage tomorrow evening to a crest of 14.8 feet early Wednesday afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage late Thursday evening. - Flood stage is 14.0 feet.
