* Flash Flood Warning for... The Antelope Creek basin in... Coconino County in north central Arizona...

* Until 200 PM MST /300 PM MDT/.

* At 1207 PM MST /107 PM MDT/, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain over the Antelope Creek basin. Between 0.25 and 0.5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.25 to 0.5 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.

HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing flash flooding in and around the Antelope Creek basin.

IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of areas in and around the Antelope Creek basin.

* Some locations that will experience flash flooding include... Rattlesnake Canyon, Owl Canyon, Upper Antelope Canyon, Lower Antelope Canyon, Porcupine Canyon, Mountain Sheep Canyon, LeChee and Wind Pebble Canyon.

This includes the following slot canyons... Upper Antelope Canyon, Lower Antelope Canyon, Owl Canyon, Rattlesnake Canyon and Porcupine Canyon.
