At 949 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated a gust front, capable of producing winds to around 30 knots. This front was located along a line extending from 11 nm north of Havre De Grace to 14 nm northwest of Middle River to 27 nm west of Back River, moving southeast at 25 knots.

Thunderstorms may also affect the Chesapeake Bay north of Pooles Island, but gusty winds will reach the waters well before rain arrives.

Turkey Point and Spesutie Island around 1020 AM EDT. Pooles Island, Hart Miller Island, and North Point State Park around 1025 AM EDT. Worton Point around 1030 AM EDT.
