At 854 PM MST, a wall of dust was along a line extending from near Paradise Valley to near Apache Junction to Queen Valley, moving north at 30 mph.

HAZARD...Less than two miles visibility with strong wind in excess of 40 mph.

SOURCE...Doppler radar.

IMPACT...Hazardous travel.

This includes the following highways... AZ Route 51 between mile markers 10 and 15. US Highway 60 between mile markers 181 and 214. AZ Route 87 between mile markers 172 and 190.

Locations impacted include... Phoenix, Mesa, Scottsdale, Gilbert, Tempe, Apache Junction, Fountain Hills, Paradise Valley, Gold Canyon, East Mesa, Tempe Marketplace, Papago Park, Granite Reef Dam, Gold Camp, and Falcon Field Airport.
