* IMPACTS...At 21.0 feet, Brief Road is flooding.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 3:15 PM CDT Monday the stage was 19.1 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late this afternoon to a crest of 20.5 feet this evening.
