* IMPACTS...At 11.0 feet, Flood waters begin to impact agricultural land.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:00 AM CDT Thursday the stage was 11.1 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 11.2 feet this evening. It will then fall below flood stage tomorrow morning. - Flood stage is 11.0 feet.
