* IMPACTS...At 22.0 feet, Water affects residences near the U.S. Highway 61 bridge.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:15 AM CDT Thursday the stage was 21.6 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to remain near a crest of 21.6 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage late tomorrow morning. - Flood stage is 21.0 feet.
