* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.

* WHERE...A portion of East Arkansas, including the following counties, Craighead, Mississippi and Poinsett.

* WHEN...Until 545 PM CDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 233 PM CDT, Between 3 and 8 inches of rain have fallen across the area today. Up to one more inch of rain is expected before the rain ends. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Jonesboro, Blytheville, Osceola, Trumann, Gosnell, Manila, Marked Tree, Harrisburg, Bono, Lake City, Leachville, Lepanto, Bay, Brookland, Monette, Caraway, Tyronza, Keiser, Weiner and Joiner. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
