* Flash Flood Warning for... Northeastern Pima County in southeastern Arizona... South Central Pinal County in southeastern Arizona...
* Until 1030 PM MST.
* At 927 PM MST, Doppler radar indicated between 1 and 1.5 inches of rain had fallen this evening. Flash flooding is ongoing, especially along the Brawley Wash.
HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses. This excessive rainfall will continue to drain into the Brawley Wash.
* Some locations that will experience flash flooding include... Marana, Avra Valley, Pinal Airpark, Picacho Peak State Park, Red Rock and Dove Mountain.
This includes Interstate 10 between mile markers 218 and 239.
This includes the following Flash Flood Prone Locations... Sasco Rd at Santa Cruz Wash.
